If you are not sure which class is best for you we will be more than happy to advise you. Remember, PRIVATE LESSONS are an excellent way to fast-track you to the next level, whatever your experience, so do contact us for more details or have a chat with us after your class!

Remember that you don't have to come to a salsa class if you just fancy a boogie; come along for some friendly social dancing from 9.30pm in our lovely venue for just £3!

GUEST TEACHING THIS MONTH:

Marcus and Elaine are proud to be teaching at London's premiere Latin School, Latin Dance Academy (LDA).

The LDA is run by the world famous Susana Montero and features fantastic latin dance courses each month. For March, Marcus and Elaine have been invited to teach the following courses;

GENERAL INFORMATION

- Our salsa classes in Southampton are run on a drop-in basis with no formal courses, however, our expert teachers will be on-hand to advise you when they think you might be ready to progress to the next level.

- We always start with a fun salsa warm up for all levels where we will take you through some simple footwork and body movement. This will also help ground you in your dancing and help to make you confident when learning partnerwork.

- Our style is primarily New York Crossbody On1 and On2, although we do welcome all salsa dancers, from Cuban to LA style, to join us on the dancefloor!

- We rotate partners during the classes, so bringing a partner with you is not necessary, although bringing some friends along will certainly make it a fun night out!

- We recommend that you wear shoes with a smooth sole, as opposed to trainers. There is no dress code.

- Payment is usually in cash on the night.
